How the method is assembled

Nothing here starts from a theory of the ideal athlete. It starts from a Saturday match on an uneven pitch, a squad that trains three evenings a week, and a family trying to fit dinner, homework and a training bag into the same two hours.

From that material we build the pieces you read: match-analysis columns that track shape and pressing triggers instead of the scoreboard, session plans written around the days a youth squad actually has, and step-by-step exercise notes with the one coaching point worth repeating. Recovery, mobility and everyday food sit next to the training material on purpose, because a routine that ignores rest and meals does not survive a normal week.

Recommendations are adapted by category, from children through youth squads to adult recreational players, and they stay inside what a neighborhood club or a small room at home can support. Where a plan has to be cut short, we say which block to drop rather than pretending every session runs to full length.

What happens after you write to us

Contact-form requests are saved for the project team to review. The form confirms receipt but does not guarantee an individual reply or a personalized training plan. The notes below explain how to describe a question about published material.

  1. You send the context

Write to team@coachedbyfrankie.com or call +54 11 5575-8105. Tell us the category, how many sessions the week already holds, and what feels stuck. A short message with real details beats a long one with none.

  2. We read it and ask back

If something is unclear, you get a question instead of a generic answer. This is where the difference shows: the advice depends on whether you coach a formative squad, run a neighborhood club, or train alone after work.

  3. You get material that fits the week

Depending on the request, that means a session layout, a recovery or mobility note, or a reading of a match you already played. Exercises come explained step by step, with the one coaching point to keep in mind.

  4. You try it and report back

Run the plan for a week or two, then tell us what held and what fell apart. Sessions get adjusted to the pitch you actually have, the time you actually get, and the ages you actually work with.

If you want to see how the method looks in practice before writing, the workflow page walks through it, and the match-reading column shows the kind of analysis that comes out of it.

How to reach us, and what happens next

Questions about the method, a session plan or a note you read here usually arrive by email or phone. Write to team@coachedbyfrankie.com or call +54 11 5575-8105. We read everything, but replies depend on how the week is going, so we do not promise a fixed turnaround.

Email

Best for longer questions: a training week that is not working, a category you coach, or a topic you would like to see covered.

Phone

Short calls work better for quick clarifications. If nobody picks up, send a message and we will get back to it when we can.
