Columns and notes from the training week

Written formats from the project: match-analysis columns, recovery and mobility notes, everyday food observations and conversations with formative-club coaches. Everything here is built for youth categories and adult recreational players, with exercises explained step by step and no clinical claims.

Who writes and signs this column space

Frankie

Editor and lead writer

Every piece published here comes from the same working desk: match notes written after a weekend round, session plans checked against a real school calendar, and recovery guidance tested with players who train in the evening and study in the morning. Nothing gets posted as a finished method — it is a working record, revised when a coach or a parent points out what did not hold up in practice.

What this space covers

Columns on reading a match beyond the result, weekly session layouts for youth squads, mobility sequences for growing bodies, and everyday food notes for players training after school or after work. Interviews with neighborhood and formative-club coaches appear alongside those, usually in their own words and with the constraints they actually work inside.

How to reach the desk

A correction, a local tournament calendar worth listing, or a question about a routine you tried — send it through and it gets read.
