- Please consult with a doctor before engaging in any new exercise or nutrition plan.
- I’m a nutritionist and personal trainer, not a doctor or physiotherapist, and thus I am not qualified to provide advice and care for medical conditions or serious injury. If I believe that your needs are outside of my remit, I’ll refer you onto someone who can give you the best possible care.
- Each programme/block lasts 4 weeks unless otherwise specified and agreed upon.
- Invoices will be sent the day before your new programme or block of coaching starts, and you have 7 days before a reminder email is sent.
- If you have failed to pay by day 14, without having discussed it with me first, your access to the app will be revoked.
- You can cancel any time as long as you give at least a week’s notice before the start of your next block.
- Pauses and freezes are available with a week’s notice (for example, if you’re away for 2 weeks then we can put you on a 2 week pause).
- If you have failed to inform me of a pre-existing injury and your programme isn’t suitable for you, then you won’t get a new programme until the following block.
- I don’t expect you to be perfect, but I do expect you to do your best
