How does it work?
You select your plan, fill out the form to tell me all about yourself, sit back while I create your personalised package, and we get started! Simple as that.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes! There’s no minimum commitment. As long as you give me a week’s notice then you can cancel whenever you like.
Do I need a gym membership?
It’s preferable, but not essential. If you want a home workout programme then we can design it around the equipment you have access to (note, the more equipment you have the more varied and interesting the programmes will be!)
Can anyone sign up?
Yup! As long as you’re over 18.
Do I need any exercise experience?
Not at all. Programmes are made specifically for you, whether you’re a seasoned gym-goer or a complete beginner.
Can I change my goals in the middle of coaching?
Of course! You might start off wanting to lose weight for an event, and the move onto more of an intuitive eating and fitness-focused plan – it’s all completely up to you.
How do the payments work?
You can choose from 3 options: pay for 24 months or 12 months upfront (slightly more cost-effective!), or pay every 4 weeks.
