I’ve been a personal trainer and nutritionist for over 7 years, but I wasn’t always this way.
I’ve been there… overweight, unconfident, unhappy and unsure how to fix things. I tried everything from diet pills to fad diets to excessive cardio, and nothing worked.
After years of yo-yo dieting I developed binge-eating disorder, which saw me being caught up in an endless cycle of restrictive dieting and compulsive over-eating.
Change for the better
Something had to change. It took many years of education in the world of fitness and nutrition, self-experiment, mistakes, and a determination to improve my own health to get me to where I am now.
I started Coached by Frankie to bring people honest, professional, science-driven, and effective nutrition and fitness coaching. In a world full of Instagram influencers trying to see you detox teas, it can be really difficult to navigate through the overwhelming amount of advice that’s being constantly thrown at you, all of which claims to make you healthier and happier.
There are so many things I WISH I knew when I was trying to lose weight and improve my own health, but with all the conflicting information out there it’s so difficult to know what to do. As a coach, I aim to simplify the muddy world of fitness and nutrition to help people lose weight, get stronger, and make peace with food.
With some guidance, education, and motivation, you can achieve anything you want, so let’s do this together!
